Pediatric Dentist
The qualified Pediatric Dentist will provide high quality dental care in the full scope of dental in treating problems associated with the teeth and surrounding tissues in the mouth, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care, and dental maintenance to patients. The Pediatric Dentist would be an integral part of the care team and work collaboratively with all patients and staff.

Higienista dental (Bilingüe)
Tepeyac understands that treatment of the whole person includes medical, behavioral health and dental care. All three are needed to achieve the utmost quality care and coordination for patients. Dental decay is the number one chronic disease in children that is 100% preventable —5 times more common than asthma, 4 times more common than early childhood obesity, and 20 times more common than diabetes. Decay can affect speech and communication, eating and dietary nutrition, sleeping, learning, playing and quality of life, missed school and/or work for patients of all ages. The Dental Hygienist works with a team of dentists and dental assistants to provide quality dental care to Tepeyac’s patients.

Proveedora de Salud del Comportamiento
The Behavioral Health Provider (BHP) provides behavioral health consultation, brief assessment, groups, prevention and interventions to children, adolescents and adults within their medical home to improve psychosocial functioning. Additionally, the BHP provides clinical mentorship to other BHPs, and Master’s and Doctorate level interns. The BHP works closely with BH Director to develop, implement, and/or refine Behavioral Health Program initiatives.

Director Financiero (CFO)
Looking for a hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to direct and oversee all the organization’s financial activities to ensure integrity of all financial transactions, build financial sustainability, and safeguard the assets of Tepeyac Community Health Center. This includes overseeing the finance department, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, revenue cycle management, grants management, preparing the financial statements and presenting them to the Board each month, preparing the annual budget and approving procurement requests accordingly, and preparing forecasts for business growth and general economic outlook. Knowledge of FQHC reimbursements and managing new market tax credit financing models is a plus.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, engaging with the community, and contributing to meaningful work that strengthens our organization.
